Honey Mustard




Hi! I'm back after a little blog hiatus...

Today I made mustard, check it out:

  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups dry mustard
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • large eggs 
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • salt and pepper as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix everything  except honey and s&p together in a big pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 15-20 mins or until thickened.  Remove from heat, and whisk in honey. Add salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste. Let cool, and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.




I'm going to give it to my boyfriend's family for xmas pressies. It should be a hit!
